lnnportal: request a site

Image of a group of people. The Learning Network North Portal is a communication and learning hub, which supports communities, networking and learning for use by those working in the Social Services sector across the North of Scotland.

Click here to access the lnnportal.

Please complete the form below if you would like to request a site to be set up for your own community, course or group. The form features a mixture of required and optional fields. The required fields will provide us with the minimum information required to set up a site. Once we receive your site creation request, we will process the details as quickly as possible, however, this may take between one - two weeks.

Once the site has been created, we will contact you regarding adding members to the site and, if it is a private site, to provide you with an enrollment key which you would distribute to those who should have access. Those people you give an enrollment key to would enter the enrollment key the first time they log in to the site.

Surname:

Is the site to be private or open? I.e. if the site is to be accessible by certain people only, choose 'Private', if it is open to any portal user to join, choose 'Open'.
Will you be the facilitator or tutor for the site?
Please select what role those leading the site should have. Normally a community site would have a 'facilitator' and a course site would have a 'tutor' role, however, you can choose which you would like to use and both roles have identical rights within the site.
Name of facilitator(s) or tutor(s). If you will not be the facilitator / tutor or there are additional facilitators / tutors, type the name(s) here separated by a comma:
