Stuart Eno: Chair - Practice Learning Operational Management Group

Stuart Eno is a Senior Learning & Development Officer with Perth & Kinross Council. Stuart is the chair of the Practice Learning Group and also sits on the Tayforth Strategic Management Board.

The fundamental purpose of the Tayforth Learning Network is to work in partnership, combine expertise and resources in the pursuit of assisting employers and educational Institutions in prioritising the following the four key national aims of the Learning Network.

Our vision is for a social service workforce, that has learning and development at its core.
