Catering for a range of users and devices
We know our website will be accessed by users with a variety of needs and through a variety of devices. This means we have structured our website in such a way that it should make sense to different users, technologies and devices. We apply the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which are maintained by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), part of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

JISC Techdis Toolbar
The new JISC TechDis Toolbar Lite version (Beta) can be used to customise some aspects of how you access this site. It includes a text to speech function, as well as tools to adjust the magnification or font used on our web pages. Please be aware that some functions of the toolbar may not work with all aspects of this or other websites you use it with.
