What are we Worth? report from the Scottish Voices event held on 27th February 2008: This event brought together service users and carers, most of whom regularly contribute to improving the learning and development of the social services workforce, with professionals who jointly identified a variety of ways this vital work might be rewarded. Letters to both Job Centre Plus and the Scottish Government, who both gave presentations at the event, have been sent outlining the many questions generated on the day. Further information will be available once responses from these letters have been received and the planning group consider, 'next steps' on this important issue.
